Default PTL Builder don't load code window.
Hi

1. I run PTLBuilder.
2. I load Default workspace.
3. I double click on ADX (default C# indicator) and load this code window in PTL Builder.
4. I dock this window like on screenshot.
5. I close ADX code window.
6. I double click on ADX (default C# indicator) and nothing happend. ADX window don't load in PTL Builder.

This happen for all defaults indicators and strategies.

System: Windows XP.

I think this is a Sisyphe work and it is too much bugs "back again after fixed". This is not only my opinion.

I have PT Multistation in version 8.0.0.91 (date of build 2010-08-27) and this bug still isn't fixed :/
